I'g LcHf merely i don't consume the hamburger grease, instead and very enjoyable is to drain that off and pour on OLIVE OIL. ( also salt, pepper, Chochula & ginger/tamarind)

I wouldn't. Only how bad sat fats are for you is somewhat contentious, but nearly sources still say information technology's a big no-no. I'm not obsessive about information technology, simply I try to limit it. Still love my cheese though.

I eat LCHF, merely I never apply/consume leftover fats from cooking. I don't like it, and would rather have my daily fatty intake come from some yummy olive oil or avocadoes.

I suppose, if you like information technology, consume it. Exist sure to log your meat raw, to ensure y'all're counting the fat that ran off (and are consuming) in your calorie count.

I'yard not sure. Whenever I make ground beefiness I bleed the fatty. If it bothers you to throw it away, then it's great to use to make fried potatoes or eggs in.

I can't encounter how that would be pleasant or tasty.

I could see using a scrap of the fatty to make a pan sauce with a bit of flour or foam and some spices.

Drinking the fat straight up just seems unappealing.

It is ok to eat the grease. Depression carbers are used to eating grease and fats and oils. You can eat with the repast and salve some to cook with your next meal.

Sometimes I consume it with the grease, just you should exist careful well-nigh diary entries. If you are trying to consume at a arrears to lose fat, and so yous might want to consider that there will still be plenty of fat even afterwards draining the grease. Even those of united states who eat LCHF wait at this differently depending on our current goals and gustatory modality.

Across this, if I want saturday fat, in that location are sources that taste practiced -- become non lean footing beef or add cheese or bacon or avocado [not sat fat, though--forgot what I was talking about halfway through the judgement, heh], delicious -- and sources that brand baby kittens cry, such every bit the leftover grease in the pan.

Cooking with it, sure. Drinking it? I may reread this next time I want to avoid eating for a while.

Way, way, dorsum in the fashion back, when I was an enthusiastic new low carber, I drank some craven fatty from a roasted chicken thinking this was a good a healthy matter to do.

I have never regretted anything I have consumed more in my life with the exception of some egg salad that gave me nutrient poisoning.

    Information technology was awful.

I tin can't imagine doing information technology with ground beef fat.

Yes, some of us just don't bleed the fat. Information technology gets added, with the beef, to other things if that is the program (taco salad, for example). Or we only eat it forth with the beef... nosotros just accept fattier bites of meat.
